Growing up, I spent most of my time either reading or on stage. I initially moved to Los Angeles to be an actor and studied theatre at UCLA. I later branched out into costume design, playwriting and eventually to writing novels. Writing is now my primary passion. I love storytelling in all sorts of formats and spend my days marketing animated movies and my lunch breaks writing fantasy novels in coffee shops. I am fascinated with the history of mythology, and many of my stories have some basis in myths or classic fairytales.
I devour books, especially of the audio variety, as commuting in Los Angeles means lot of time in the car. My GoodReads yearly reading goal is 65. When not writing, I can often be found in dance classes, playing board games, finding a reason to wear a costume, and providing my puppy with many belly rubs.
